What is Bitcoin?

Bitcoin is a consensus network that enables a new payment system and a completely digital money. What is CoinBeam?

CoinBeam is an online aplication for bitcoin digital currency. It alows you to accept or make fast and secure payments with bitcoin currency. It also offers powerfull business tools for merchants.

Is this account for free?

Yes it is and always will be. After registration you will obtain 12 digit unique account number. With this number you will have access to your account. You can use this number for recieving BTC.

Is Account maintenance for free?

Yes it is. We do not charge for maintanance.

Can I have more than one Account?

Yes you can, however you need to provide a different email address.

Is this account really annonymous?

Yes it is and always will be. We do not take any personal information like phone nummbers and addresses. There is one exeption however, in case you want to take payments on your e-shop using our system you need to provide your web domain address.

Is my CoinBeam account really secure?

Accounts of our clients are secured by 128bit SSL encryption. Every connection between our server and client is encrypted. We do not keep passwords on our server so it is extremely important to keep your password in safe place.

Can I send or transfer Bitcoins to another account or wallet?

Yes you can. You can send bitcoins if you have the recipient’s wallet address. If the recipient is a client of CoinBeam u can use his/her 12 digit unique number to make a transfer. Please note that for safety reasons any external transfers can be done only once in a 24-hour period.

Is there any transaction fee?

Yes there is a fee of 0.0001 BTC per internal transfer - transaction between the accounts within the CoinBeam system. There is no charge for buying e-shops’ products when using CoinBeam payment system. Merchants are charged 0.0001 BTC for each of these transactions. All service fees are uniformed. This means that no additional fees are charged no matter of the transferred amount or number of transfers.

How can i get some Bitcoins to my account?

There are two options how to get bitcoins into your account.
1.Sending bitcoins from one wallet to another using the unique wallet address.
2.Accepting bitcoins via CoinBeam system by using your unique 12digit account number.

Can I run multiple e-shops with one account?

No. You can run only one e-shop per account, simply because you have only one account number to work with.

Can I cancel my CoinBeam account whenever I want?

Yes you can. However you need to transfer your remainning bitcoins to another wallet or account.
